Biography |

Khaseke graduated with a second Class Honours (Upper Division) from Moi University in 2006 and received a Diploma in Legal Education from the Kenya School of Law in 2007.
He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in October 2008. Khaseke has an interest in research in commercial & civil litigation, arbitration, and public procurement law. In July 2009, Khaseke was admitted as an Associate Member of the Procurement Law Academic Network administered by the University of Nottingham in the UK.
He also advises clients on contemporary and emerging jurisprudence in court decisions relating to their areas of operations and business. His interests include reading, writing papers and articles. |

- Representing Kenya Pipeline Company in a multiple of cases precipitated by the “Triton Oil saga”.
- Representing Kenya Revenue Authority in a Procurement dispute at the Court of Appeal.
- Advising and acting for East African Portland Cement, Kenyatta University, and Petroleum & Industrial Services Ltd in procurement disputes at the Public Procurement Review Board.
- Acted for the Kenya Ports Authority in a commercial dispute filed against it in the East African Court of Justice, in Arusha, Tanzania.
- Acting for KenGen in a multi –billion construction dispute relating to the reconstruction works on some of the seven forks dams.
- Advising and representing a client in a guardianship and property management dispute under the Mental Health Act
