Biography |

Mwendwa graduated with a second Class Honours (Upper Division) from the University of Nairobi in 2006 and received his Diploma in Legal Education from the Kenya School of Law in 2007.
He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2008. Mwendwa has extensive interest in emerging areas of the law including ICT and IP Law, and has conducted extensive research and writing on the topic.
His interests include reading, writing and traveling. Mwendwa also participates actively in social work. |

- Advising the Kenya Electricity Generating Company Limited (KenGen) on feasibility study legal due diligence for the Ol Karia II Geothermal Plant in Naivasha, which is currently ongoing.
- Advising Kenya Electricity Generating Company Limited (KenGen) in a multilateral loan transaction of USD. 40,800,000.00 From the European Union Bank. The transaction is ongoing.
- Advising on the development of Grevillea Grove estate, a KES 800 million Town estate promoted by a Gateway Company Limited and other professional firms
- Advising Jonathan Gloag Academy on the purchase of two blocks of flats in 2008, and which is currently ongoing.
- Advising on Kshs. 0.32 Billion Project Finance for development of the Proposed Inoorero University
- Advise and drafting of security documents for Barclays Bank of Kenya, Stan Chart and HFCK including but not limited to Charges, Mortgages and Debentures
- Legal Technician (Legal and Regulatory Issues) on the Feasibility Study for the EAC Broadband Infrastructure Network (EAC-BIN)
- Advising Kenya Pipeline Refineries Limited and the Ministry of Energy on new Petroleum Regulatory framework.
- Drafting the Kenya Communications Regulations 2009 for the Communications Commission Of Kenya
- Advising a Licensed Fund Manager in relation to winding up of its operations in Kenya and resolving outstanding Employee Issues.
