Each year the firm offers in-house training to between three to five Law Graduates under the Pupilage Program. During the one year, the pupils are offered a unique opportunity to participate in the activities of the three departments of the firm. They attend court with the partners or associates of the firm, draft pleadings and documents, briefs, opinions and attend to clients. The pupils are under the supervision of the partners who take a very active interest in their professional development.
