The Administrative Staff consists of The Finance Manager, Five Executive Secretaries, Paralegals and Clerks. The staff;
- Handles all finance, administration and business development matters, at all times reporting and being answerable to the partners.
- The front office desk manned by the Receptionist act as the first contact point of existing and potential clients with the firm.
- Provides Corporate Secretarial Services to the firm’s retainer clients and assist in handling all financial, administrative and logistics pertinent to briefs.
- Handles billing of clients and coordinates dispatch of the fee notes, follow up on payments, banking and accounting for tax purposes.
- Manages the firm’s client expense deposits by administering expenditure and preparation of periodic and comprehensive statements of expenditure.
- Supervising and coordinating the documents registry to ensure timely and efficient handling of documents, incoming and outgoing correspondence and keeping adequate stock of working stationery for the firm.
- Act as liaison for external accountants, auditors and tax consultants of the firm to ensure full and timely compliance with the relevant laws.
- Managing all logistical requirements of the Partners and Associates to ensure flawless performance of their respective responsibilities.
